Day 1 - Chef Dan

Not only did I decide to start Project 365 today, but I also let Dan make us turkey dinner to celebrate New Years.  Amazingly, he did a great job and the turkey was edible.  And I decided to use it as my first picture of the year.

He cooked the turkey covered with bacon and filled with apples and onions.

We had a great dinner with Rachael, Rachael Byrne and celebrated the beginning of the New Year!  Happy New Years everyone.  Wishing you health and happiness!!!!
